Try this for a refreshing cool down on a hot July day!

Fresh Mint Tea
4 c.
1 gal. water
1 c. honey
Bring the water to a boil. Stir in honey until it is dissolved. Put mint into the pan, cover and let it steep. When it cool enough pour the tea into a pitcher and keep in the fridge over night. Serve over ice in tall glasses, with a lemon wedge.
For fresh mint lemonade add 1 and 1/2 c. of fresh lemon juice to this tea. Add to your pleasure by serving in tall frosty glasses.
